As the holder of more than 350 patents, Alfred Nobel was relentless in pursuing new ideas. Following his lead, we’re hoping to expand your pallet at every opportunity. From our vast collection of local and nationally recognized microbrews to our lovingly handcrafted cocktails to our succulent smoked meats, fresh seafood and scratch made delicacies.

Coastal ports are always on our watch. Fresh oysters from the cold waters of the north Atlantic and Pacific, Atlantic salmon, Maine lobsters and gulf shrimp, flown in daily to satisfy all of your seafood cravings.

Smoke them if you’ve got them, that’s our motto. Whether it be beef, pork or chicken, we smoke it all. 100% black angus brisket smoked for 12 hours, hormone free pork butt smoked for 14 hours, along with house cured and smoked pork belly, turkey pastrami and chicken wings.
